Client Accounting and Advisory Services Professional


Paraprofessionals are responsible for processing assigned client engagements in a cost effective and professional manner including, but not limited to, computer-compiled financial statement engagements, accounts payable and receivable, QuickBooks support, and payroll tax/sales tax reporting issues.

  • Prefer an associate’s degree in accounting or a bookkeeping certification
  • Experience with spreadsheet software programs. QuickBooks preferred
  • 2-5 years of prior accounting experience

Controller - Oil and Gas

Seeking a controller to oversee and optimize the operational aspects of our oil and gas clients. Ideal candidate is a professional with strong background in financial reporting, accounting, and operational compliance. This role is ideal for a financial professional with strong leadership skills, multi-entity experience and an understanding of GAAP and industry regulations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree and/or CMA or CPA designation preferred
  • Strong understanding of the Oil and Gas Sector
  • Experience with oil and gas specific software, preferably PAK energy
  • Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, forecast, and make data driven recommendations
  • Additional experience with QuickBooks is a plus

Tax Manager

A Tax Manager will be involved in most of the areas for which partners are responsible. A manager is a liaison between the partner, client and staff. Assuming responsibility for the smooth flow of tax returns including planning, timely preparation and delivery of the completed return is a major part of this position. A Tax Manager will manage a team of individuals, guiding and mentoring them in their career journey.

  • Masters or Bachelors in Accounting
  • 5-8 years of related experience
  • A Valid CPA license is preferred but not required
