 Chief Operating Officer

The COO provides leadership, management and the vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls and administrative/reporting procedures in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.

  • College degree in management or accounting
  • MBA or CPA preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience
  • Experience writing and implementing strategic plans
  • Proven project management experience

 CAS-Bookkeeping

Paraprofessionals are responsible for processing assigned client engagements in a cost effective and professional manner. This includes financial statements, QuickBooks support, payroll tax/sales tax reporting and outsourced contoller services. 

  • Perfer an associates degree in acounting or a bookkeeping certificate
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks
  • 2-5 years of prior experience is preferred

Tax Manager and Audit Managers

A manager in the tax or audit departments will be involved in most areas for which the partners are responsible. A successful manager has a complete knowledge of the firm's philosophy and policies. Managing the entire engagement, the manager will delegate work load, review the finished product and sign off on all completed projects.

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting 
  • Holds a current and valid CPA license

Senior Tax Accountant

A senior accountant has the primary responsibility for completion of client accounting and tax services within budget, supervising one or more staff accountants as necessary and presenting workpapers and returns for review to a manager or partner.

  • Master's degree preferred-Bachelor's degree acceptable with experience
  • Well rounded knowledge of accounting principles and personal income taxes

 

 Senior Audit Accountant

A senior accountant has the primary responsibility for completion of client engagaments within budget, supervising one or more staff accountants as necessary and presenting the workpapers for review to to a manager or Partner

  • Master's degree preferred-Bachelor's degree acceptable with experience
  • Well rounded knowledge of accounting and auditing principles
