Suzzone Fletcher 

Suzzone Fletcher, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, became the first Human Resource Manager for Gollob Morgan Peddy in August of 2013. Her past HR experience includes time working in manufacturing, the medical field, and banking.  She has over twenty years of experience in recruitment, compensation, and benefit management. 

Suzzone received her Senior Human Resource Professional designation in 2010 and is a member of both the National Society for Human Resource Management and the local RoseCity SHRM chapter in Tyler, TX.  As a graduate of Leadership Tyler, Class 26, Suzzone is passionate about giving back to the community.  She does this by serving as a community volunteer and encouraging others at GMP to do the same. 

Being a native of Louisiana, Suzzone enjoys a good bowl of gumbo and time with family and friends.
